I drove from Bakersfield area (approx 170 miles) to meet with the gong professional, Ms. Mel. My intention was to buy 2 tuned Thai gongs. After choosing them, I mentioned my interest in Grotta Sonora's huge sitting bowls. Ms. Mel shocked me by mentioning TGS had one on the premises! Whodda thunk it?!! Naturally, I simply could not leave the gorgeous sitting bowl when it was so obviously meant for me!
